Platypus Recruitment was founded in 2015 with a vision to help people find meaningful work and to help businesses find the talent they need to grow.
Our mission has always been to match the right talent with the right companies, creating long-lasting relationships that benefit both parties.
We believe that finding the perfect fit is essential for success and we are committed to making the hiring process as smooth and efficient as possible.
Suki Sahota - The Founder
With over 25 years of experience in the employment industry, Suki has built a reputation for excellence in recruitment. She has a deep understanding of the job market and can help candidates and clients navigate the hiring process with confidence.
Suki's client base has developed over the years to include many FTSE organisations but she is just as keen to deal with the smaller, independent companies, as she has always felt that each client deserves the same level of service, regardless of the size of the balance sheet!
Equally, no role has been too large or small for her, and she throws herself with great gusto into finding the right person for each role, matching both organisations to people but also people to organisations!
Having spent many years working in Central London, Suki has now fully embraced the remote working ethos and is therefore happy to work outside of normal office hours in order to offer more availability for those all important conversations.
When not at her desk, she can be found walking the pooch in the great outdoors.
